About us
Set up in 1982, Birmingham Printmakers has a large well-lit workshop in Digbeth. It is available to all artists, specialist and non-specialist printmakers. We have 47 members and a voluntary committee of twelve, which runs the general day to day business.
P. Bartlett - The Empty chair
We have a dark room, an aquatint room and an open studio floor with equipment for intaglio and relief printing, screen printing, lithography, polyester plate litho, and solar plate etching. Much of the equipment is lottery funded. Visiting printmakers are always welcome.
Victoria Lineham - Summer
